Interesting news out of Interland this morning. The company is buying Web.com for $4.4 million. I´m "lukewarm" about this acquisition, as explained in more detail below. The article discusses the "Korea discount," in the Korean Stock Market "reflecting fear that North Korea would launch a nuclear strike against the South and the reality that Corporate Korea treated minority shareholders shabbily."
